Nessie is a freestanding product designed for fitting rooms or window displays, complete with functional wooden shelving for product presentation. The structure is crafted from metal tubing and laminated panels, and features a seat, a shelf, and an hanging space for garments, all engineered to balance simplicity with utility. The project was developed in collaboration with Alcalain, a design and manufacturing company specializing in high-quality retail display solutions and visual merchandising systems across fashion and lifestyle sectors. After initial brainstorming and concept development with the full team, I was responsible for creating detailed renders that effectively communicated the intended atmosphere, materiality, and use of the unit. This work was developed during the Lab. Sviluppo Prodotto program.
